Welcome to SuitedNoir. We are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made garments and exceptional customer service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom-Made Products
All SuitedNoir products are made-to-order and custom manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because every garment is produced individually according to the customer's selected size, measurements, fabric, design, and customization options, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:
- Custom-made suits
- Custom-made jackets
- Custom-made trousers
- Custom-made shirts
- Custom-made coats
- Custom-made accessories
- Any personalized or customized product
- Any made-to-order product produced specifically for the customer
2. No Refunds on Custom Orders
Once an order has been submitted and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The product is being manufactured specifically for them.
- Materials and labor are allocated immediately after order confirmation.
- The order cannot be resold to another customer.
- Refunds are not available for custom-made products.
3. Customer Responsibility for Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information and measurements.
SuitedNoir is not responsible for fit issues resulting from:
- Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
- Incorrect size selection
- Weight changes after ordering
- Body shape changes after ordering
- Measurement errors provided by third parties
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all measurements before submitting an order.
4. Alterations
Custom garments may occasionally require minor local alterations to achieve a perfect fit.
Minor adjustments are considered a normal part of bespoke and made-to-measure clothing and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective due to a manufacturing issue
- Significantly different from the product ordered
- Incorrectly produced compared to the confirmed order details
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please email:
Include:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect or problem
- Photographs of the packaging if shipping damage occurred
Upon review, SuitedNoir may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the item
- Remake the item
- Replace the item
- Offer store credit
Refunds will only be considered if a replacement or remake is not reasonably possible.
6. Color Variations
Actual fabric colors may vary slightly from website images due to:
- Screen settings
- Monitor calibration
- Lighting conditions
- Fabric dye lot variations
Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
7. Fabric and Material Variations
As our garments are crafted using natural and premium fabrics, slight variations in:
- Texture
- Weave
- Color tone
- Pattern alignment
may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.
8. Shipping Delays
Production and shipping timelines are estimates only.
SuitedNoir is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a shipment, the order remains non-refundable.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
10. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact SuitedNoir directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Submitting a chargeback for a custom-made order that was produced and shipped according to the approved order details may be disputed with supporting production and shipping documentation.
11. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
After production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
If cancellation is approved within the allowed period, payment processing fees and transaction costs may be deducted from the refund.
