At SuitedNoir, every garment is crafted specifically for each customer. Because our products are custom-made and produced on demand, shipping timelines differ from those of traditional retail stores. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All SuitedNoir products are custom-made and manufactured after an order is placed.

Once your order has been successfully submitted and payment has been received, production begins according to our manufacturing schedule.

Because each garment is individually crafted, orders are not shipped immediately after purchase.

Processing and production times vary depending on:

  • Garment type

  • Design complexity

  • Fabric availability

  • Customization requirements

  • Seasonal order volume

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after a successful purchase.

2. PRODUCTION TIME

Estimated production times are generally:

Suits 3–8 weeks
Coats & Outerwear 4–8 weeks

Production times are estimates only and may vary.

During peak seasons, holidays, sales events, or periods of increased demand, production may take longer.

3. SHIPPING TIME

Once production is completed, orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, and destination country regulations.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

SuitedNoir may utilize various shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • Canada Post

  • Local courier partners

Carrier selection is determined at SuitedNoir's discretion based on destination, service availability, and shipping efficiency.

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping service selected

  • Applicable taxes and duties

Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION

When available, tracking information will be provided via email after the order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SuitedNoir ships internationally to most countries worldwide.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • VAT or GST

  • Brokerage charges

  • Local taxes

  • Other government-imposed fees

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

Failure to pay customs duties or import fees does not qualify for a refund.

8. CUSTOMS DELAYS

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures.

SuitedNoir has no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Customs delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations.

9. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders may be returned by the carrier.

SuitedNoir is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Customers should first contact the carrier.

  • Customers should check with neighbors, building management, or household members.

  • Customers should file a carrier claim when applicable.

SuitedNoir is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

11. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The recipient is unavailable.

  • The address is incorrect.

  • Customs fees remain unpaid.

  • The shipment is refused.

The package may be returned, destroyed, or held by the carrier.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

12. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Orders refused by the customer after shipment are not eligible for refunds.

Any return shipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, or carrier penalties may be deducted from any amount recoverable by SuitedNoir.

13. SHIPPING DELAYS

SuitedNoir is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Government actions

  • Labor disruptions

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Force majeure events

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

14. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some circumstances, items within an order may be shipped separately.

Additional shipping charges will not be incurred by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

15. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs immediately.

  2. Retain all packaging materials.

  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted without supporting documentation may be denied.

16. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

SuitedNoir reserves the right to refuse shipment to:

  • Restricted territories

  • Sanctioned countries

  • Regions with excessive shipping risk

  • Areas where reliable delivery service is unavailable

17. FORCE MAJEURE

SuitedNoir shall not be liable for delays or failures in shipping resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • War

  • Labor disputes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Supply chain shortages
