What can be adjusted

  • Jacket — sleeve length, waist suppression, minor shoulder refinement, overall length.
  • Trousers — hemming, waist in or out, tapering, seat.
  • Waistcoat — waist and strap tension.

What cannot

  • Lapel — width and style are set at the cut.
  • Shoulders — major reconstruction isn’t advised.
  • Button stance — the position of the buttonholes.

How much does an alteration usually cost?
Minor sleeve or trouser work is typically $20–$50 — covered within our policy.
What if my suit needs major changes?
Contact us before arranging any changes. Our fit team will review the measurements, photos and garment, then determine the appropriate support under our policy. Third-party alteration costs are not reimbursed.
How long do I have to request adjustments?
Most adjustments are covered for 30–60 days after delivery.
Can I use my own tailor?
Yes — through our approved network, or by reimbursement with a trusted local tailor.
